

1:1 Training
Each personal training session with me is aimed to be fun. Exercise shouldn't feel daunting so, with a plethora of equipment and experience together we'll find something that empowers you and that you look forward to each session.
Sessions will be designed to work towards your goal(s). Whether it's to lose weight, tone your muscles, gain flexibility, and/or improve core strength I can help. I have also received certifications in Pilates, nutrition and pre/post-natal fitness.
Sessions can be at your home or in a local green space. I love to vary sessions working with a variety of equipment and disciplines such as kettlebells, Pilates, boxing, barre and TRX to name a few.
